With the introduction of iOS 17 in September, there were still more iPhone customers who reported battery problems.

Update your apps
Especially after new iOS versions have been published, the issue may not actually be with iOS but rather with outdated apps. Therefore, before you spend a lot of time trying to figure out what’s wrong, it’s a good idea to ensure sure all of your applications are updated.
Open the App Store app, choose your profile from the corner menu, and then scroll down to Available Updates to check for updates. (I like to refresh this screen to view all the most recent updates.)
Try a few tricks
I’ve seen the following improvements to improve battery life in iOS 17 releases:
- Down the screen’s brightness.
- Disable Wi-Fi Assist, a function that utilizes cellular data when your Wi-Fi connection is sluggish or unstable. By navigating to Settings > Cellular and selecting Wi-Fi Assist from the bottom of the list, you may disable it.
- Reset network configurations. Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone, press on Reset, then select Reset Network Settings. I’m not sure how or why this helps, but numerous users have stated that it significantly increased their battery life.
- Employ Dark Mode. It genuinely makes a significant impact.
